Train the Trainer, a webinar review of the Toolbox and Process

In response to the very considerable interest in presenting Self Insuring Basics to the employer and producer community, last fall HCAA's Education Committee shared the option of using our Self Funding presentation tools. The HCAA Basics of Self Funding Course has already been approved in Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, Montana, Oregon and Oklahoma for one continuing education credit for licensed agents.

We will offer a Train the Trainer class where we will review the tools designed to make the process very simple for you. The HCAA presentation and CE toolkits include everything you need to advertise, file and present the program. It couldn't be easier!

Get involved and offer a program in your community. We have the materials and are ready to help you make a CE program on Self Funding happen in your area.

Grace Saenz

Grace Saenz is the V.P. - Director of Sales and Service at Benefit Management Administrators, Inc. (BMA), a San Antonio, Texas based third-party administrator focused on the design and management of employer health plans. She oversees the marketing, sales and implementation efforts for the company and customers. Grace has over 15 years of experience in serving the self-funded employer community. She is a member of a number of industry organizations and serves on the HCAA Education Committee.

Nancy Young, CSFS
Vice President Sales & Account Management, INETICO

Nancy Young has spent the last 20 years developing deep experience in the medical management and self funded program sectors. Currently, Young leads the American Health Holding expansion in the western U.S. markets operating as Vice President of Sales. Young previously served in senior business development positions for stop loss/reinsurance carriers and a leading Third Party Administrator. Ms. Young joined HCAA in 1997, serving as Membership Chair and later as a Board Director since 1998. She has been instrumental in HCAA’s growth and the development of new services and programs, such as the Certified Self Funding Specialist designation.
