We will compare self-funding to fully insured options. We will review the process of building the plan including the identification of stop loss programs, PPO networks, PBMs and medical management tools.
ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:
Nancy Young, Vice President of Sales & Account Management
Nancy Young, CSFS, has spent over 20 years developing deep experience in the self-funded program sectors. Currently, Nancy leads the INETICO, Inc. as Vice President of Sales & Account Management teams developing business across the U.S. Nancy has held senior business development positions delivering medical management solutions, stop loss/reinsurance coverage and TPA administration. Ms Young joined HCAA in 1997, serving as Membership Chair and later as a Board Director since 1998. She has been instrumental in HCAA's growth and development of new services and programs, such as the Certified Self Funding Specialist designation.
Grace Saenz, Vice President, Director of Sales & Service
Benefit Management Administrators (BMA)
Grace Saenz is a San Antonio, Texas based third-party administrator focused on the design and management of employer health plans. She oversees the marketing, sales and implementation efforts for the company and customers. Grace has over 15 years of expierence serving in the self-funded employer community. She is a member of a number of industry organizations and serves on the HCAA 2015-2016 Board of Directors.
