HCAA knows TPAs

If there is one thing that’s clear in all my years of HCAA membership, it’s this: HCAA knows TPAs. The association has always provided an advanced look and shared guidance into what TPAs need to accomplish in order to remain successful – now, and well into the future. Beyond its understanding of TPAs, HCAA also knows what today’s buyers across the self-funding industry want and need. That’s why this year’s TPA Summit will be unlike anything HCAA has ever offered in the past. In addition to the powerful keynotes and all-inclusive general sessions, HCAA has introduced yet another industry-shaping change, TPA Summit will now offer three unique and dedicated paths for success: Operations, Leadership and Marketing/Sales. 

The Operations Path provides a robust examination into the factors and best practices needed to achieve operational excellence – essential to succeeding in today’s competitive marketplace. 

In the Leadership Path, participants will better understand methods to develop and enrich our human capital, inspire millennials, and hear industry visionaries share their formula for success as well as their predictions for the future. 

Finally, the Marketing/Sales Path is dedicated to exploring inventive new tools and products, understanding how to use existing tools and products more effectively, and examining ways to reshape corporate branding and set your organization apart from the competition.

This is no longer a “one-size-fits all” marketplace, and the competition across TPAs is only becoming more and more intense. It’s abundantly clear that even world-class customer service is no longer enough to differentiate one TPA from another or TPAs from traditional carriers. This year’s TPA Summit examines the core competencies of operations, leadership and marketing/sales and provides actionable guidance to help TPAs become more flexible, opportunistic and offer seamlessly integrated and diverse offerings.

Many conferences have “tracks” that require you to commit to when you register.  TPA Summit is offering you several paths to travel on.  As we all know, no one travels the same path, so at TPA Summit you will create your own path.  Choose the parts of each path offered that best suits your interests and needs!
