HCAA Registration Cancellation/Substitution/Transfer Policy:
Conferences: All requests for registration cancellation must be made in writing and must be received at least ten (10) days before the event. Requests received will be processed and registration fees will be returned to the registrant, less a $50 administrative fee per registration. No refunds will be issued for registration cancellation requests received within ten (10) days of the event. The substitution of an event registrant is allowed as long as the substituted registrant is an employee of the same member company. Transfers of registration fees between programs, or requests for registration fees to be applied to upcoming programs, are never allowed.
