Our podcast reaches engaged listeners across the self‑funded benefits ecosystem, currently topping 24,500 downloads with new episodes every month. Episodes are available to stream and download on Healthcare NOW Radio, PodBean, and YouTube.

HCAA will publish at least one podcast episode per month. Any additional podcast episodes released during a sponsored month will also carry sponsor recognition.

Webinar Sponsorships

HCAA runs an ongoing educational webinar series throughout the year; sponsoring a webinar is a great way to present content and capture engaged leads. Please note that webinars must be both educational in nature and timely and relevant to HCAA members.

All content must support the mission of HCAA: To improve the quality, sustainability, and value of self-funding and health care benefit administration.

Sponsor & Present: $500 per webinar

Includes:

Sponsor branding on the webinar landing page and on‑screen materials
Opportunity to present (up to 45–60 minutes including Q&A)
Attendee list (post‑event, per association policy)
