Covid-19 Brain Strain

Covid-19 has changed sociological, domestic and workforce dynamics – all directly impacting employees’ perspectives of their relationship to employment and the workplace environment. Pre-pandemic extroverts who enjoyed the traditional office environment are now thirsting for social interactions, while introverts are happy working at home without the need for daily in-person workplace interactions.

How are both sets adjusting to living, working and playing in the same home-based location? How does an employer address the current “brain-strain” of employees?

These questions and more will be explored by Bob Gold, Chief Clinical Behavioral Technologist and Founder of GoMo Health, during this evidence and social science-based educational session. Gold will illuminate solutions to address the social and “community” based needs of employees and provide insights, via real world data outcomes, on a method proven to “positively disrupt” the mental and brain health issues being experienced by many employees and their families.

During this webinar, attendees will discover:

  • How improving employee brain fitness positively affects work productivity, decision-making, and health outcomes.
  • The relationship between stress and brain clarity; and how focus on motivation and action can develop and foster retention and resiliency, and stimulate process improvement, innovation, and workplace social connectiveness (whether remote or in-office).
  • How applying a “whole person” mind-body cognitive and behavioral modification program increases employee activation in their own self-care and self-management, reducing health costs and improving outcomes.
